Beliefs and Values

We believe God is all-loving, all-present and all-powerful and is pro-active in the world with a mission of saving us and putting us back together - through Christ - in all areas and aspects of life.

We believe He chooses to use and partner with His people by equipping - us - to carry out and complete His mission on earth.

​

We exist as a Servant Group - Under His Management - to make Him known and to offer His wholeness to Christian leaders and managers everywhere.

We believe the Bible is God-inspired and is powerful, essential, and profitable for helping us know Him personally and to follow and live for Him faithfully. It is the Manufacturer’s Manual.

We support the idea that the things/teachings in the Bible that vital are clear; the things that are not vital are not clear - we try not to 'major on minors'.

 

God’s purpose is for us to glorify Him with our lives and to love, serve and enjoy Him forever – and to help others come to know Him personally as well.

 

As His children, we are called to lead and manage the caretaking of His creation wisely and faithfully.

Through His Son Jesus’ death on the cross, and His resurrection from death, and our acceptance of this historical work on our behalf, He forgives our sins, breaks the power of sin in our lives - and rescues us from 'ourselves' to be His partners to heal and restore a broken world.

 

This rescue is completely – from start to finish – by mercy and grace alone through Christ.  We can’t earn it, deserve it or work for it.  When we confess our sin and failure and turn our back on our past and current way of life (repent) and put our trust (believe) in what He has done for us, and not in what we think we can do for ourselves (dead works), we are forgiven forever and are God’s children forever.

 

He also puts His Spirit inside us to change us from the inside-out and to empower, equip and direct us to help ‘put the world back together again’ for Him.
